Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a Juris Doctor degree.
• At least four (4) years of post-JD immigration law experience.
• Admission to the New York Bar or waiver eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee a team of staff attorneys and paralegals on immigration matters.
• Supervise pro bono volunteers and ensure quality of work and reporting.
• Oversee client intake, issue spotting, case placement, and training materials.
• Develop strategies for emerging issues and coordinate with Legal Leadership.
