Job summary

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing (DMV area preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of immigration legal experience.
• Experience representing clients in removal proceedings and with UAC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal consultations with UAC and assess options.
• Provide direct legal representation to UAC in DMV states.
• Represent clients in Immigration Court, SIJS, asylum, T/U visas, VAWA, and related matters.
