WR Immigration in Denver is seeking a Legal Assistant/Paralegal to support the NIV team. This role may be remote with preference for candidates able to work Mountain Time hours.

You will draft and file immigration documents, communicate with clients and attorneys, and help manage government paperwork. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of business immigration experience are required. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Aufgaben

• Expanding on understanding of US Immigration Law using resources and training provided by the firm.
• Establishing a deeper understanding of non‑immigrant visa types (H‑1B, TN, B, L).
• Drafting and organizing forms and documents as directed by the Team Manager.
• Communicating with clients regarding visa instructions, notices, and welcome packages with attorneys and senior staff.
• Assisting teams in requesting and organizing documents for new processes.
• Processing and organizing government correspondence (receipt notices, approvals, RFEs).
• Entering data into internal data management platforms.
• Working on other projects as directed by the Team Manager or attorney.
