Job summary

Global Immigration Legal Team is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal with experience in employment-based immigration, including PERM and EB-1/EB-2/EB-3 processes, as well as religious worker petitions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with attorneys, HR, and foreign nationals to prepare filings and manage ongoing case timelines in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in employment-based immigration, with knowledge of PERM and immigrant petition filings.
• Experience with religious worker immigration matters (I-129 and I-360) preferred.
• Strong understanding of U.S. immigration regulations and legal terminology.
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare PERM Form ETA-9089 drafts and audit-response packets with attorney review.
• Manage lifecycle of EB-1/EB-2/EB-3 green card cases including I-140 and I-485 filings.
• Assist with documentation for prevailing wage requests, recruitment steps, and labor certifications.
• Support religious worker petitions (I-129 and I-360) and organize supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, HR, and organizations to gather information and maintain case records.
• Track deadlines and monitor case progress to ensure timely filings.
• Maintain organized digital case files and update internal systems.
• Research immigration regulations and case strategy as needed.
• Assist with RFEs, NOIDs, and PERM audits.
