Responsibilities

• Assist with immigration petitions (Adjustments of Status, I-485).
• Prepare Employment Authorizations (I-765) and related forms.
• Work on renewal/replacement of LPR cards (I-90) and citizenship (N-400).
• Support attorneys in Removal Proceedings and court appearances.
• Gather facts for sworn statements and USCIS forms.
• Provide client services to individuals with limited means.
