Qualifications

Experience preparing and filing immigration applications.
Experience communicating with clients and coordinating with attorneys.
Ability to manage multiple cases with deadlines.
Organized and detail oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with preparing, filing immigration applications and petitions.
Prepare family-based petitions, adjustment of status, consular processing cases, naturalization applications, and other filings.
Track deadlines, biometrics, interviews, RFEs, and NOIDs.
Coordinate client interviews and case preparation meetings.
Maintain accurate case management records and client communications.
