Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years of experience as an immigration paralegal.
• Detail oriented and dependable with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage a busy docket.

Responsabilités

• Prepare immigration forms (I-130, I-485, I-601, I-601A, I-864, 42B, I-589, DS-260, and others).
• Draft motions for immigration court and manage a removal docket.
• Draft declarations, letters, and other correspondences.
• File motions and applications to Immigration Court.
• Prepare visa petitions and consular processing support.
• Provide general case management and track deadlines and processing times.
