• Draft and prepare USCIS forms for family-based and humanitarian matters; provide updates to HR and stakeholders.
• Conduct legal research on country conditions, statutes, and case law; draft support letters, declarations, affidavits, and RFE responses.
• Manage deadlines, expiration dates, calendars, and docketing with accuracy; support in related litigation matters as needed.
