Responsibilities

• Prepare correspondence, filings, and mailings for immigration petitions.
• Scan, upload, and manage sensitive case documents with accuracy and care.
• Support standard immigration case types under the guidance of senior specialists.
• Maintain accurate case updates and notices in Envoy’s platform.
• Perform quality checks to ensure work meets accuracy and compliance standards.
• Assist with online applications and client document intake.
• Use AI and automation tools to improve efficiency.
• Support high-volume projects such as H‑1B cap season and other peak periods.
