Job summary

Nexreq in Houston, TX is seeking a bilingual Immigration Litigation Attorney with 3–4 years of experience to join our legal team. You will handle complex immigration matters and advocate zealously in court.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Partner to guide clients through the immigration process, perform thorough research, and prepare persuasive filings and arguments.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of litigation experience, preferably involving immigration law.
• Experience with removal defense, visas, and adjustment of status.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients in both languages.
• Active license to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction; Texas Bar admission is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Managing Partner to manage immigration cases and proceedings.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings and provide guidance throughout the immigration process.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs as needed.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Partner to manage immigration cases, represent clients in legal proceedings, and provide guidance throughout the immigration process.
