Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of international student advising experience.
• Strong intercultural communication and public speaking skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer service and basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Advise international students, especially F-1 and J-1, on immigration matters.
• Provide pre-arrival and arrival immigration guidance to students.
• Assist with work authorizations, status maintenance, and visa applications.
• Coordinate with departments and staff to support student success.
• Respond to high-volume email inquiries with timely responses.
