The UWM Center for International Education seeks a full-time (100% FTE) Immigration Coordinator (International Education Coordinator) to provide services to all international students including immigration advising and immigration document issuance. The individual in this position is part of the team that coordinates the university’s compliance with federal regulations by gathering and maintaining Department of Homeland Security-mandated information on international students and scholars and managing timely and accurate data reporting. This individual reports to the Director of International Student and Scholar Services.
The Center for International Education (CIE) at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee advances UWM’s global mission by supporting international students and scholars, facilitating study abroad opportunities, and building international partnerships. CIE serves as a central hub for international admissions, immigration and visa advising, global learning experiences, and cross-cultural engagement, helping students, faculty, and staff develop the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in an increasingly interconnected world.
$45,000-$55,000/annually. Salary will be determined by finalist's experience, training, education, and equity-based factors.
