Qualifications

• Admitted to the bar in any state (Florida preferred).
• J.D. from accredited law school.
• Valid driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervision of the Immigration Clinic course, as directed by the Clinic Director.
• Manage a caseload, supervised by the Clinic Director.
• Represent clients as the attorney of record at USCIS appointments or during EOIR Court hearings (in person or virtually).
• Meet with clients and prospective clients.
• Provide education and outreach to noncitizens and other partner organizations.
