Job summary

Qualifications
- One full year of specialized paralegal or legal work at GS-7 level equivalency.
- Graduate education or combination with experience to meet 100% of requirements.
- Knowledge of law, litigation process, and applicable procedures.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analyze data for civil cases.
- Review and organize complex materials for investigations and trials.
- Draft briefs, motions, and related legal documents for attorney review.
- Locate precedents, legislative history, and authorities for legal issues.
- Manage discovery and evidence; present exhibits in court using software.
- Prepare and organize voluminous documentation for discovery and trial.
