Bilingual Immigration Legal Assistant / Case Worker Bentley Stark Immigration | West Jordan, UT | Full-Time, In-Person

Our immigration law firm is growing quickly, and we're looking for a bilingual legal assistant/case worker to join our team and help us serve our clients well. You'll work primarily on preparing submissions for USCIS across a broad range of case types - this is a great role for someone who wants meaningful, high-impact work and thrives in a busy, fast-paced office.

Job Description:
  • Prepare and process USCIS filings across case types including DACA, VAWA, U Visas, and Adjustment of Status, etc.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual client interviews
  • Manage a multi-line phone system - screening, answering, and routing calls
  • Communicate clearly and accurately with clients in person, by phone, and by email
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date case filing system
Job Requirements:
  • Fluent, professional-level Spanish and English (written and verbal) - required, and will be assessed during the interview
  • 2-4 years of experience as an immigration paralegal or legal assistant, ideally at a nonprofit, immigration firm, or public interest law firm
  • Solid working knowledge of immigration processes and multiple case types
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a high-volume environment
  • A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Gmail/Google Calendar, and standard office equipment
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • A genuine passion for immigration legal work and a friendly, service-oriented attitude

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-5:00 pm (40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts)
