Overview

Intermountain Immigration is hiring a full-time in-office immigration attorney to join our growing team in Lehi, Utah. This role requires a compassionate, Spanish-speaking attorney dedicated to helping immigrants.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $80,000-$95,000 base (DOE), plus bonuses for consultations and performance. Attorneys at our firm typically earn between $100,000-$115,000 with bonuses.
• Benefits: 401k, health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, CLE and license renewal reimbursement.
• Location: 100% in-office in Lehi, Utah. Relocation assistance available.
• Schedule: 8:30-5:00, Monday-Friday. We value work-life balance and strive to create a supportive environment for our team.

Who You Are

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with any U.S. state bar (immigration is federal, so any state is acceptable).
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken), required.
• Immigration law experience preferred (3+ years), but we’ll train the right person.
• Eligible to work in office in Lehi, Utah.
• Strong communication, organization, and empathy.
• Collaborative, team oriented, and motivated to help immigrant communities.
• Ability to coach and train paralegals and review filings.
