Job summary

CoreCivic is seeking a Case Processing Specialist to provide case processing and administrative support to ICE. You will manage case data, organize records, and coordinate with ICE, EOIR and USCIS to schedule hearings and ensure timely processing.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field, plus at least one year in a criminal justice setting and strong written and verbal communication. Proficiency with MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

  • Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Social or Behavioral Science, or related field.
  • One year of experience in criminal justice, corrections, or related field; may substitute.
  • Experience reviewing law enforcement documents preferred; strong communication skills required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide case processing and administrative support to ICE missions.
  • Enter case data into ICE systems and coordinate with ICE on data quality.
  • Retrieve and organize court records and supporting materials for ICE review.
  • Assist with docket coordination with EOIR and USCIS, scheduling hearings.
  • Maintain up-to-date case status records and generate status reports.
