Distro is seeking an Immigration Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our firm. This full-time or contract position focuses on helping individuals and families navigate the U.S. immigration process, handling filings and client communication.

The role requires expertise in family- and employment-based petitions, constant knowledge of evolving immigration rules, and comfort representing clients in interviews before USCIS, ICE, and CBP (non-litigation). Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• J.D. from an accredited law school with bar admission in VA or MD.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on immigration law experience.
• Technologically proficient; experience with immigration platforms and case management systems.

• Prepare and file family- and employment-based petitions and various visa applications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and regulations.
• Communicate with clients to gather documents and provide updates.
• Represent clients in interviews or appointments before USCIS, ICE, CBP, and Immigration Courts (non-litigation).
