Job summary

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Bar license in Maryland or Virginia (active).
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on immigration law experience.
• Technologically proficient; experience with case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file a variety of immigration petitions and applications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather documentation and provide updates.
• Prepare for and represent clients in interviews before USCIS and immigration courts.
