The United Firm, APC in Houston is seeking an admitted attorney for an EOIR Associate Attorney position with growth potential. You will report to the Managing Attorney, manage your caseload, interact with clients, and collaborate with our Immigration team.
This is a hybrid role requiring in-person court appearances. Responsibilities include representing clients in removal proceedings, preparing I-589, I-130, and other filings, meeting clients, and guiding a team of paralegals to deliver

As the EOIR Attorney, you will report to the Managing Attorney, you will also manage your caseload, as well as client interaction, and can collaborate with our wonderful Immigration team of attorneys and legal assistants.
