The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, APC is seeking an EOIR Associate Attorney for immigration matters on a contract, appointment-based basis. The role includes appearing in immigration court or at USCIS interviews, with a flexible schedule and travel within the metro area as needed.
This hybrid position requires in-person court appearances and reports to the Managing Attorney, while you manage your caseload and collaborate with our Immigration team to deliver results for clients.

We are building a network of qualified contract attorneys who can appear at immigration court or USCIS interviews on behalf of our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Associate Attorney to gain valuable experience and further their career with an established firm in the Dallas Area. As the EOIR Attorney, you will report to the Managing Attorney, you will also manage your caseload, as well as client interaction, and can collaborate with our wonderful Immigration team of attorneys and legal assistants.
