Base pay range

$105.00/hr - $114.00/hr

The Position

Our client, a large publicly traded technology company headquartered in the Bay Area, is seeking a Commercial Attorney to support with overflow work. This attorney will be taking over payments flow and working on SaaS and consulting services deals that support the client's payments business. The ideal candidate must have in-house experience, a background in tech transactions, a high EQ, and the ability to skillfully manage high touch clients.

This candidate should have strong judgment and know when to take a softer approach and when to push back. They should be naturally adept at risk assessment and serve as both a trusted advisor and business partner.

ASAP start, 40 hours/week, fully remote, and the candidate can be based anywhere in the US. This project has an ongoing duration.

The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $105 and $114. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
