Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Immigration Attorney. The role is based in Pembroke Pines, FL, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Immigration Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel on immigration issues, advising clients on visa applications and other immigration law matters, preparing legal documents, and representing clients in court or before government agencies. The attorney will also conduct legal research, maintain case files, and stay updated on changes in immigration law and policies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling Immigration Issues, Immigration Law, and Visas
• Strong understanding of Legal Issues and Immigration regulations
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Bar Admission
• Strong understanding of U.S. immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and other attorneys to provide high-quality legal services.
