Location: Orlando, Florida

Salary: $120,000 - 135,000, Depending on Experience

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing for and attending USCIS appointments
  • Attend immigration court + manage master calendar hearings
  • Support the preparation for individual hearings conducted by the Founding Partner
  • Assist with ICE/ERO events in addition to related legal matters

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in immigration law, including court experience and master calendar hearings
  • Bilingual : Full Fluency in Spanish
  • Strong research and drafting skills
  • An ability to manage a high-volume caseload and oversee workflow efficiently
  • Looking to enter the partner track at their next firm

Bonus

  • An active Florida Bar license
  • Individual immigration hearings
  • Business immigration
  • Familiarly with investment and employment based visas, such as L1A, E, EB2, and H1B, and/or perm and labor certification
  • Federal litigation and appellate work
