The role offers exposure to E-2, L-1, H-1B, O-1, EB-1/2/3/5 filings with opportunities to supervise staff and advise clients on U.S. immigration strategy.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 2–5 years of experience in U.S. employment-based immigration.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Manage employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant matters from intake to final adjudication.
• Draft, review, and file petitions and applications including E-2, L-1, TN, H-1B, O-1, EB-1/2/3/5, and family-based petitions.
• Prepare and review legal support letters, petitions, and responses to RFEs and NOIDs.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients on U.S. immigration laws, compliance, and case strategy.
• Supervise and collaborate with paralegals and internal team members for efficient case prep.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients with case updates and inquiries.
• Maintain case oversight to ensure timely filings and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant matters frominitial intake through final adjudication.
• Draft, review, and file petitions and applications includingE-2, L-1, TN, H-1B, O-1, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, EB-5, family-based petitions, adjustment of status, and change-of-status matters.
• Prepare and reviewlegal support letters, petitions, and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs).
• Provide strategic legal guidance to clients onU.S. immigration laws, compliance, and case strategy.
• Supervise and collaborate with paralegals and internal team members to ensure efficient case preparation and high-quality work product.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients by providing case updates and addressing legal questions in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain case oversight to ensuretimely filings, regulatory compliance, and adherence to firm policies and procedures.
