Immigration Attorney – Family-Based Immigration

Davis Immigration Lawyers, PLLC, a growing Minneapolis immigration law firm, is seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our team.

We are looking for an attorney with at least 1 year of immigration law experience, with a strong background in family-based immigration. The ideal candidate is a confident advocate who can independently manage a caseload while working collaboratively with attorneys and support staff.

Responsibilities:

• Manage family-based immigration cases from start to finish
• Represent clients before USCIS
• Develop case strategy and prepare applications and other legal filings
• Conduct legal research and stay current on changes in immigration law and procedure
• Prepare clients for interviews
• Communicate effectively with clients and manage case expectations
• Work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure cases are handled efficiently and accurately
• Participate in consultations and evaluate potential cases
