Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Marlborough, MA seeks a full-time Immigration Attorney to join our legal team and advocate for immigrant rights in a collaborative setting. You will represent clients before Immigration Court, BIA, USCIS, and courts, draft pleadings, and perform legal research while coordinating with attorneys and paralegals.

JD and active bar membership required; travel to Boston/Hartford immigration courts expected; bilingual preferred.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school or equivalent.
• Active bar membership in good standing or bar admission pending.
• Experience in immigration law preferred; recent graduates and junior attorneys welcome.
• Strong legal research and writing skills; experience drafting motions and memoranda for EOIR is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Comfortable learning and working in digital client management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to Boston and Hartford Immigration Courts, as well as other Massachusetts courthouses.
• Bilingual in Portuguese or Spanish strongly preferred.
