Responsibilities

• Providing expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of immigration law, including removal defense, re-entry cases, immigration status, and residency.
• Conducting thorough legal research to stay updated on changes in immigration law and procedures.
• Drafting, reviewing, and filing all types of immigration applications and petitions.
• Representing clients in immigration court proceedings, including removal defense cases.
• Preparing legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, appeals, and motions.
• Negotiating with opposing parties, government agencies, and other stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
• Ensuring full legal compliance in all activities and operations.
• Managing a high volume of cases from inception through closure.
• Providing counsel and guidance to clients throughout the immigration process.
• Analyzing legal issues and providing strategic solutions.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Current license to practice law in the state.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Immigration Attorney.
• Extensive experience with removal defense, re-entry cases, immigration status, and residency.
• Proficient in legal research and writing, with the ability to draft complex legal documents.
• Excellent negotiation and litigation skills.
• Strong understanding of legal compliance and procedures.
• Proven track record in case management and client counseling.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
