ClifftopLaw PLLC in Washington is seeking an Associate Attorney with a focus on Immigration Law to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of cases, draft briefs and motions, and appear at hearings while collaborating with our legal staff.

The candidate must be licensed to practice in WA and hold a JD or foreign degree with an LLM. Relocation to Lynnwood may be required. A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Requires a J.D. or foreign law degree with an LLM and must be licensed to practice law in Washington State.
• Experience handling immigration cases is essential, including removal defense and family petitions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required to manage a high-volume caseload.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of client cases, including communications, drafting briefs and motions, and hearings.
• Represent clients before EOIR, USCIS, BIA, and CBP.
• Focus on removal defense, family petitions, consular processing, waivers, and related visas.
• Collaborate with legal assistants and support staff to maintain calendars and deadlines.
