We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) immigration associate attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join a dynamic practice. The ideal candidate is someone who can work independently, think strategically, communicate proactively (internally and externally) and maintain professionalism under pressure.
Reporting to the firm partners and supported by a team of paralegals, this associate attorney will swiftly acquire oversight and management (from start to finish) of a full case load of family and employment-based matters, including but not limited to family and employment petitions, naturalization, removal proceedings, asylum, waivers, consular processing, DACA, VAWA, U Visas, religious petitions.
