Casa Inc. in Rockville, MD, is seeking an Immigrant Integration Services Coordinator to implement the Citizenship Maryland, Financial Education, Tax Preparation, and Citizenship Class programs.
You will train volunteers, manage caseloads, schedule classes, and ensure high-quality service for CASA members. The role requires strong English writing and speaking skills, experience with citizenship and tax programs, and willingness to obtain accreditations within six months.

A set of employees at the two organizations, including the person filling this position, shares their time between the two organizations. This has no effect on salary or benefits.
TheImmigrant Integration Program (IIP), part of the Programs and Services Division, offers a range of services to support We Are CASA members in fully exercising their rights. These include assistance with citizenship applications, free tax preparation, Maryland driver’s license applications, and related support services to ensure a successful experience. In addition, the IIP collaborates with the Organizing and Policy departments to advance legislation and expand benefits at the federal, state, and local levels.
The Immigrant Integration Services Coordinator implements We Are CASA’s Citizenship Maryland Program, Financial Education Program, Tax Preparation Program, and Citizenship Class instruction. Responsibilities include training volunteers in citizenship, financial education, and tax preparation; assigning and reviewing their caseloads; scheduling citizenship classes and clinics for We Are CASA members; and ensuring that all participants and taxpayers receive high-quality service.
