Job summary

Uplift Education seeks an Immigrant Family & Community Liaison to connect newcomer families with enrollment resources, services, and community partners. You will work with the Multilingual Compliance Manager to support Title III, Part A activities and help run family engagement events across campuses.

You will coordinate translations, outreach, and materials while ensuring proper documentation for program compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher preferred; substitution of experience for degree may be considered.
• No certification required; experience with immigrant/newcomer families preferred.
• Excellent communication with families and partners; cultural sensitivity and advocacy are important.
• Fluent in Spanish required; ability to engage multilingual families effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support vendor partnerships with the Multilingual Compliance Manager and assist with event logistics.
• Coordinate referrals between campuses, vendors, and newcomer families to connect them with services.
• Plan and support Title III family and community engagement events, including translations and family communications.
• Facilitate connections between newcomer families and community resources and assist with enrollment navigation.
