Job summary

World Relief is seeking a Community Ambassador to engage with immigrant communities across the Chicago area, expand partnerships, and connect individuals with services. The role requires outreach, multilingual communication, and collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities include gathering feedback, developing informative materials in target languages, and supporting outreach for workshops and events, with some evening or weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish or Ukrainian required.
• Strong English communication skills.
• MS Office skills required.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to community members and refer to services.
• Assist newcomers in accessing internal/external resources.
• Gather and relay feedback from immigrant communities to support program needs.
• Build relationships with community partners and share information on resources.
• Engage with multiple immigrant communities to raise awareness of services.
• Plan and participate in educational groups, workshops, and events.
