Job summary

Aquent Studios seeks a talented Window Designer to craft seasonal campaigns, immersive storefront displays, and flagship window experiences that captivate millions of customers. You will lead 3D modeling and rendering, source materials, and coordinate with fabricators, prop makers, and store build teams to translate CAD designs into real installations.

The role requires on-site installation, managing timelines, budgets, and sustainability considerations while delivering pristine artistic output

Qualifications

• Proven experience in window design, visual merchandising, or spatial experience design.
• Expert-level 3D modeling and rendering skills plus Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong sense of scale, sightlines, color theory, lighting, and prop placement.
• Understanding of fabrication, structural integrity, weight limits, lighting rigs, and sustainability.
• Ability to manage production timelines, vendors, budgets, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal storyboards, visual concepts, and 3D mockups for campaigns and storefront windows.
• Apply 3D spatial design principles to maximize window frame real estate.
• Source and test materials, props, lighting, ensuring alignment with budget and safety.
• Collaborate with fabricators, prop makers, vendors, and store build teams.
• Lead on-site setup and installation, including evenings or off-hours.
• Plan rapid seasonal turnarounds like holidays and brand takeovers.
