Job summary

LVMH Group seeks a Designer for CVM - Windows to translate the brand’s creative vision into compelling window displays and in-store environments across global markets. You will ideate, design, and adapt concepts for diverse stores while collaborating with production teams to ensure precise execution.

The role requires proactive teamwork in a fast-paced luxury setting, with strong presentation skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Interior Design, Set Design, or related field.
2–3 years of design experience.
Strong understanding of visual merchandising in luxury environments.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Advanced skills in 3D CAD (Rhinoceros 3D, KeyShot or similar).
Understanding of production processes (technical drawings, etc.).
Excellent conceptual, spatial, and storytelling skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Ideate, design and develop visual merchandising concepts for global seasonal windows campaigns and store windows.
Produce sketches, renders, and design documents for approvals.
Adapt concepts for global rollout across many stores and fixtures formats.
Liaise with production to communicate design intents in detail.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Support in-store project installation when required.
Research materials and fabrication innovations to elevate brand image.
