You will collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Manager, mentor team members, and contribute to seasonal display planning and installations across the sales floor. This role emphasizes high craftsmanship and customer-focused experiences.

• Willingness to consistently work early morning weekday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Partners with the Visual Merchandising Manager to create an engaging visual experience reflecting trends in art, design, culture, architecture, and fashion.
• Demonstrates awareness of display impact on store sales and profitability.
• Engages customers through display work on the sales floor and supports workshops/events when applicable.
• Mentors the team by training visual expectations, standards, and materials/tool management.
• Attends store meetings to share inspiration and pertinent information from Home Office and Field Leadership.
• Takes initiative to grow display experience and train future talent.
