Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates degree.
• 3 years of relevant work experience in Direct Patient Care, Higher Education, Instructional Technology and Design, Simulation-based Learning, Information Technology Systems, Film, and/or Theater.

Responsibilities

• Plan, researchers, and develop diverse simulation scenarios for academic programs.
• Manage, configure, troubleshoot, and coordinate technical infrastructure (servers, IP, Wi‑Fi, audio-visual).
• Operate and troubleshoot high-fidelity mannequins and oversee system updates.
• Provide technical support for task trainers, simulators, and multimedia peripherals.
• Implement simulation scenarios and integrate into education curricula.
• Handle and organize medical supplies, including mock medications and devices.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations (OSHA) and privacy policies.
• Safely transport simulation equipment between facilities.
• Review simulation contracts for policy adherence.
• Conduct simulations demonstrations and provide instructor support.
• Manage theatrical productions for realistic simulations (costumes, props).
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with tech advances.
