Job summary

Grand Canyon University in Englewood, CO, seeks an Immersive Simulation Facilitator to support clinical simulation activities and curriculum delivery. You will coordinate scheduling, manage equipment, and lead scenario facilitation and debriefing to ensure high-quality learner experiences.

The role requires a Master’s degree in nursing (MSN) from an accredited program, CO RN licensure, and 2+ years in healthcare education or simulation. Onsite schedule and full benefits apply.

• Master’s degree (MSN) from a CCNE/NLNAC/ACEN accredited program.
• Active, current CO RN license.
• Two years related healthcare education or simulation experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary educational support for Clinical Simulation Activities.
• Coordinate with the Director of Nursing Services to schedule activities and manage equipment.
• Lead scenario development, facilitation, and debriefing.
• Coordinate faculty, actors, volunteers and students for each scenario.
• Provide AV, data collection, and outcome reporting support.
• Occasionally work evenings and weekends as needed.
