Job summary

Walt Disney Imagineering in Orlando, FL invites engineering interns to join the Ride Control Engineering team for an immersive, hands-on experience. You will contribute to ride control system development, from prototyping to testing, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary studio that blends electrical and mechanical disciplines.

The internship requires enrollment in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or Mechatronics and offers mentoring, access to CAD tools and MATLAB, and

Qualifications

Understand and implement basic control system design.
Experience with programmable controllers used in machine control and robotic applications.
Electrical/electronic design calculations.
Prepare technical documents and CAD drawings.

Responsibilities

Be part of an engineering team involved in ride control system development, prototyping, simulation, or testing for a specific attraction or development project.
Design, model, and/or analyze electrical, electronic, and data communication systems.
Join a project or development team, partnered with a leader who will be your mentor.
