Job summary

Walt Disney Imagineering in Orlando, FL is seeking a Ride Development Engineering Intern to help design, prototype, and test ride systems. You will join a multidisciplinary team, contribute from concept to detailed design, and gain exposure to experts across engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities include supporting ride system development, performing CAD work, mechanical analysis, and documenting designs.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess unrestricted work authorization
• Have not completed one year of continual Disney internship

Responsibilities

• Be part of an engineering team involved in ride system development, prototyping, simulation, or testing
• Provide mechanical analysis of components and systems
• Assist in the design of mechanisms and machines
• Perform CAD model manipulation and creation
• Provide ride system interface information to other groups within Imagineering
