Job summary

Walt Disney Imagineering offers a Project Coordination Intern role for January to June 2027, located in Orlando, FL or Glendale, CA. You will coordinate project scope, schedule, and communication across design, operations, and vendor teams, reporting to the Project Coordination Manager with mentorship.

You will work on defined projects, assist with documentation, and help prepare materials for executive presentations, gaining exposure to creative development and production workflows.

Qualifications

• Current student enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
• Be at least 18 years old and have unrestricted work authorization.
• Ability to edit video clips within a presentation.
• Highly organized self-starter with strong problem-solving.
• Ability to lead, communicate, and collaborate across teams.
• Comfort presenting in front of large groups.
• Ability to adapt to change and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project quality, schedule, and scope from concept through closeout.
• Support a variety of projects including themed entertainment experiences, app development, or digital media production.
• Prepare and participate in presentations to executive management regarding project design and status.
• Assist with development of scope lists, mock-ups, and deliverables matrices.
• Coordinate information with internal and external organizations and vendors.
• Facilitate team discussions to align scope with budget and deadlines.
• Monitor project strategies and risk mitigations; oversee on-site materials arrival.
