Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Middle School Spanish Teacher for a full-time contract near Washington, DC. The role covers a single Spanish class with immersive instruction and collaboration with the Language Team to support diverse learners.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of teaching experience, high Spanish proficiency, strong classroom management, and the ability to differentiate. IB MYP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ teaching experience, ideally at the middle or high school level.
• High proficiency in Spanish, with the ability to conduct classes fully in Spanish
• Proven classroom management skills, comfortable navigating varied learning needs
• Experience working successfully with students from diverse backgrounds
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with the Spanish and Language Team
• Familiarity with differentiation strategies for learners of assorted abilities
• Ability to follow established unit and lesson plans while maintaining high expectations
• IB MYP or proficiency-based/inquiry-driven teaching background preferred

Responsibilities

• Teach one middle school Spanish class with immersive instruction conducted primarily in Spanish.
• Create engaging lessons aligned to standards and differentiated to meet diverse learners’ needs.
• Collaborate with language team to plan, assess, and support student progress.
