Beat The Bomb in Washington DC is seeking a part-time Cook to join our quick-service kitchen team. You will prepare menu items per recipes, maintain food safety standards, and help with both kitchen and light front-of-house tasks during slower periods.

The ideal candidate is energetic, people-focused, and able to work weekends. Certification in food safety is preferred or willingness to obtain it. This role offers competitive pay and growth within a fast-growing startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing food per recipe and tickets.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Complete time/temperature checks and maintain clean kitchen areas.
• Wash, sanitize and store all dishware and equipment.
• Assist with front-of-house duties during down times.
• Support overall Beat The Bomb operations as needed.
