BEAT THE BOMB is seeking a dedicated Bartender for our DC location in Ivy City. You will create a one-of-a-kind experience with great guest service, crafting cocktails and managing bar operations for busy shifts.

The role requires TIPS certification, comfortable on your feet, and weekend availability. You will work closely with a fast-growing startup team in a dynamic, entertainment-focused environment with a full bar program and signature drinks.

Qualifications

• Must be TIPS certified; provide a non-expired card.
• Pass bar training tests before working shifts.
• Weekend availability required.
• Able to stand and move for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prep all drink items and follow tickets; ensure accuracy.
• Set up and break down the bar before and after shifts.
• Maintain safety, sanitation and cleanliness of the bar area.
• Provide guests with attentive beverage service and recommendations.
• Support other Beat The Bomb operations as needed.
