Beat The Bomb Charlotte is seeking a friendly Bartender to craft cocktails and beverages for our immersive experiences. You will ensure guest satisfaction through great service, follow safety guidelines, and help maintain a fast-paced bar that supports our unique game rooms.

Requirements include being TIPS certified, willingness to complete bar training, and weekend availability. The role is hands-on, with physical activity and the chance to grow with a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering guest service in a fast-paced bar setting.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Willingness to complete bar training and pass tests.
• Weekend availability and ability to be on your feet for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prep all slushie batch recipes, fruit and juices before shift.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Set up and break down the bar for service.
• Fill ice wells before and after shifts.
• Prepare beverage items to spec and according to tickets.
• Take care of all guests' beverage and food needs at the bar.
