Job summary

Randstad in Joplin, MO is seeking a production associate to safely operate manufacturing equipment and ensure food safety standards are met. The role runs 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM with a focus on packaging, quality checks, and sanitation.

Responsibilities include maintaining GMP compliance, supporting shift teams, loading materials, and preparing products for shipping while ensuring a clean work area and safe operations.

Salary: $15 - 16 per hour + none

Key Responsibilities

• Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and food safety regulations to maintain a secure and sanitary work environment.
• Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor repetitive and non-repetitive production machinery and packaging equipment on the manufacturing floor.
• Quality Assurance: Perform routine quality checks, monitor product weights, inspect packaging, and identify any defects to ensure products meet production standards.
• Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized work area, executing standard cleaning procedures during shift transitions and equipment changeovers.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with shift supervisors and fellow team members to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and meet daily production goals.
• Material Handling: Load raw materials onto production lines, stage packaging supplies, and finalize products to prepare them for shipping.
