Family Dollar is hiring for Warehouse Associates at our distribution center in Saint George, Utah. This role keeps you active in a climate-controlled, fast-paced environment and offers steady shifts with real opportunities to grow.

Starting pay is $20 per hour on day shift and $21.25 on the second shift, plus performance incentives and automatic raises at 6 months, 1, 2, and 3 years. Full benefits, overtime, and a daily pay option are included.

• Comfortable with walking, standing, swatting, and other physical activity

Pay & Perks That Work as Hard as You Do

Starting Pay

1st Shift - $20 per hour

2nd Shift - $21.25 per hour, $1.25 2nd Shift Differential Included

• Incentives: Earn $.50 up to $3.00 extra per hour based on performance
• Guaranteed Raises: At 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, and 3 years

1st Shift: Monday-Friday 5:00 AM-1:30 PM

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
