Job summary

Family Dollar is hiring Warehouse Associates for our climate-controlled Distribution Center in Saint George, Utah. This is a physical, fast-paced role where every shift makes an impact and teamwork is essential.

No diploma or prior experience is required, and you’ll start at $20.00 per hour with performance bonuses of up to $3.00 extra per hour, plus guaranteed raises at 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, and 3 years.

Qualifications

• No diploma or experience required
• Ability to lift/move up to 60 lbs
• Comfortable with walking, standing, swatting, and other physical activity
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when needed
• May operate P.I.T. equipment (training provided)
• Must follow all safety & PPE guidelines

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, storing and moving merchandise within a distribution center
• Operate equipment and follow safety procedures to support daily shipping and receiving

Pay & Perks That Work as Hard as You Do

Starting Pay: $20.00

+ Incentives: Earn $.50 up to $3.00 extra per hour based on performance
