Qualifications

• 3 years in-depth experience with Cisco Unified Communications – Cisco Call Manager
• Performed a migration/upgrade to a newer version of Call Manager of version 8 or higher!
• Strong network knowledge VOIP, routers, switches.
• Experience with Cisco CUCM version 11.5 (Pluses)
• Cisco Unified Communications Call Center experience (Pluses)
