Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Millis, MA is hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to deliver in-home care and support clients with daily living activities.

We offer $20 to $23 per hour, weekly pay, and flexible shifts including first/second, weekdays and weekends. Immediate openings and opportunities for longer shifts are available for caring, compassionate teammates who can work independently in a client’s home.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home.
• Able to commit to longer shifts as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment
• Follow individual care plans and daily routines
• Communicate client needs or changes to the care team
